• One year limited warranty on all electronics and stereo tops
  At AudioFormz, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you get the best performance from your audio roof system. If you experience an issue with your AudioFormz top, our support team will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and determine the best solution. As part of the warranty process, customers are required to assist in troubleshooting and, if needed, swap out replacement parts. Our team will provide guidance and support throughout this process.
  
  Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning defective parts for warranty service. Once we receive the faulty parts, we will send replacement parts at no cost, including return shipping.
  
  Please note that AudioFormz does not cover labor costs associated with troubleshooting, removal, or installation of warranty parts. If a customer chooses to have a dealer or repair center perform any work, they will be responsible for those labor charges.

• Important notice regarding SC-1 spray coating
  Our warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of SC-1 High Gloss Coating (and other similar products and cleaners) on our speakers or subwoofers. The chemical composition of SC-1 can react adversely with the glue and materials used in the construction of our audio equipment, leading to potential failures and damage. Any damage resulting from the application of SC-1 High Gloss Coating will void the warranty for the affected products.

This stereo top ships by LTL carrier on a custom-size pallet, protected in a custom-size carton encased in molded foam. Carefully inspect the shipment for any damage, as once the shipment is signed and accepted by the customer, a damage claim cannot be successfully submitted to the carrier.
